He is in excellent condition from his kiss curl hair head to his white heart feet.
His eyebrows, nose and freckles are dark blue along with his upside down smile.
He has all original manufacturers tags; one reads “Special Edition Series 1 Dazzle Bright Grumpy Bear #7”.
The tags are attached at his left ear.
He has a cloud with pink & blue raindrops and hearts on his chest and white hearts on his feet.
He has the red signature Care Bear Heart on his behind.
He has been stored in a pet free and smoke free environment.
